At Happy Tales, we understand the huge responsibility that comes with becoming a dog owner. That’s why we have created an app designed to make the adoption process not only accessible, but also deeply personal & rewarding.
Through Happy Tales, prospective owners have the opportunity to explore personalised & insightful profiles of dogs waiting to find their forever homes in local shelters. By mainly focusing on shelters within your preferred distance range and emphasising compatibility between you and your potential new companion, our goal is to foster genuine connections that go beyond mere ownership.
With our emphasis on compatibility factors such as activity level, temperament and lifestyle, Happy Tales is more than just a platform for finding a pet - it’s a gateway to building lasting bonds and creating joyful memories.
At Happy Tales, we address the issue of the disparity between the number of dogs in shelters awaiting adoption and the number of potential owners who are unaware of these animals or unsure about the adoption process. Many dogs end up in shelters due to circumstances such as abandonment, neglect or simply being lost. Unfortunately, these animals often face overcrowded, underfunded shelters and uncertain futures.
Happy Tales is needed to bridge this gap by providing a platform that connects prospective owners with dogs in shelters. Many people may not realise the vast number of loving, deserving dogs awaiting adoption in their local communities. Additionally, some individuals may hesitate to adopt due to concerns about compatibility, lack of information about the adoption process, or misconceptions about shelter animals.
Through offering this user-friendly app that showcases personalised profiles of dogs in nearby shelters and emphasises compatibility between shelter and dogs. Happy Tales aims to address these issues. The app educates users about the benefits of adoption, facilitates informed decision-making, and ultimately increases the likelihood of successful matches between dogs and their new owners. Additionally, by focusing on local shelters, Happy Tales encourages community involvement and supports the efforts of rescue organisations in rehoming dogs in need.
Happy Tales is needed to raise awareness about shelter dogs, dispel myths about adoption and provide a seamless platform for connecting prospective owners with their perfect canine companions. Through its mission-driven approach, Happy Tales aims to make a meaningful impact in reducing shelter populations and giving deserving dogs the chance to find loving, forever homes.
